Terms and Conditons
1. The Rental Period & Early Returns 
All RallyVault rentals are for a fixed 4-day block

• No Prorated Refunds: If a racket is returned earlier than the scheduled conclusion date, the full rental fee still applies; no prorated refunds will be issued.
• Return Deadline: Equipment must be returned by the close of business on the final day of your booking to our partner location. 

2. Security Authorization 
By completing this booking, you authorize Court & Canopy to place a temporary security hold of $300 on your credit card.

• Hold Status: This is a temporary authorization, not a charge. No funds leave your account. 

• Release: Once the racket is returned and inspected by RacketHaus, the hold is released immediately and will disappear from your pending transactions.

• Forfeiture: Any return made after the 5th day will result in the full $300 deposit being forfeited for frame replacement. This applies even if the equipment is eventually returned. 

3. Damage & Equipment Care 
We expect our premium frames to be treated with the utmost care for the benefit of the society. 

• Damage Rights: If any structural damage or cracks are found upon return, we reserve the right to charge the security deposit up to the full amount of the hold. 

• Normal Wear: Light scuffing to head guards is acceptable. Structural frame damage or abuse is the responsibility of the renter. 

• Strings: a string breaks, please return the racket as is. Do not attempt a third-party re-string. 

3. Late Returns 
To ensure the next player's experience is not disrupted, late returns (on the 5th day) are subject to a fee of $20 per day. 
Any returns after the 5th day will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit amount.
